Mandala Chart

Instructions

  1. Center: Type your BIG GOAL in the middle cell.
  2. Sub goals: Fill the 8 cells around it; each one mirrors to the center of its outer grid.
  3. Break down: In each outer grid, add up to 8 concise actions/ideas around its center.
  4. Keep it short: One clear idea per cell works best.

About Mandala Chart

A Japanese framework that turns one big objective into concrete, balanced actions— a 3×3 grid of 3×3 mini-grids (81 cells). The center holds your BIG GOAL; the eight around it are SUB GOALS. Each sub goal labels the center of its matching outer grid, where the surrounding eight cells hold the actions to move it forward.
